How I handle your information.

Delord Studios is a small furniture workshop in Northcote, Victoria. I collect only what I need to answer your enquiry, quote a job and build it. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What I collect

When you use the contact form or email me I receive your name, email address, suburb and whatever you tell me about the project. If I visit to measure, I may take photographs and measurements of the space. If you engage me, I also hold your address, phone number and payment details for invoicing.

How I use it

To reply, quote, design, make and install your job, and to keep records I am legally required to keep. I do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing, and I do not send newsletters unless you ask for one.

Photographs of finished work

I only publish photographs of your home or your piece with your permission, and never with identifying details.

Tools and third parties

Enquiries are delivered by email. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses no analytics cookies. My practice is to keep client details out of AI and other third-party tools wherever possible.

Access and contact

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected].
